
Since cereal seems to be a favorite snack in my house, no matter what time of day or no matter how many times I have tried to restrict its consumption.... I thought this flow chart was perfect for those "ever so important" questions I hear on a daily basis: "Mom, what should I eat?" or "Mom, I'm hungry... what's in the house to eat?" Now, I can simply refer to this handy-dandy little chart..... lol (By the way, if you just click on the image to the left you will get an enlarged version that you can actually read!)
